You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.

Packaging & Protection
Shoelaces may be small, but we treat them with care. Each pair is neatly folded or rolled and placed in a protective poly mailer or small box to prevent tangling or damage during transit. For bulk orders, we use durable packaging to ensure all items arrive in perfect condition.
International Shipping
We ship shoelaces worldwide! International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and local customs processing. Please note that international shipments may occasionally experience delays beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package’s journey on the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your shoelaces arrive damaged, or if you receive the wrong color, length, or style, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. Returns Due to Failed Delivery
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
